AGC’s Broken Arrow, Oklahoma facilities have the capability to design and fabricate skid units in house.  We can fabricate all structural steel and skids; pressure vessels, piping, electrical and instrumentation required in process plant fabrication.  The activities out-sourced are painting, galvanizing, insulation and specialty equipment.

The fabrication shop has 11,000 sq. ft. of area which houses:

1.      One 30 ton overhead crane with 20’ hook height

2.      Two 5 ton overhead cranes

3.      16’ x 18’ roll-up doors

4.      Ό” thick x 10’ wide carbon steel shearing capability

5.      Certified weld procedures for MIG, TIG, Flux Core and manual processes in carbon, stainless to stainless and stainless to carbon

Documented receiving inspection of all purchased items, material control and traceability is maintained for all critical and “code” materials through both our Quality Assurance and Document Control Departments.  Documented in-process and final inspection of all product fabrication, assembly and testing with inspection for cleanliness, dimensional accuracy, completeness and functional ability.  Vendor surveillance inspection of all components fabricated and/or assembled by outside vendors.  All Quality Assurance Department employees are at a minimum, Certified Welding Inspectors, Level II RT, Level II PT, Level II MT, and Level II UT.  We have current ASME “S”, “U” and “R” code stamps with National Board registration of all pressure vessels.  Additionally, we can meet the registration requirements of foreign countries.  Documentation of pressure testing (hydrostatic or pneumatic) of all pressure vessels, piping, etc. is maintained.  Documentation of stress relieving (heat treating) and atmosphere controlled are recorded.  NDT testing of structures and piping is conducted where applicable.  All welding is performed with qualified welding procedures and by qualified welders with all associated Quality Assurance in-process and hold point inspections.  A minimum of 10% of all butt welds undergo 100% radiography inspection.  Witness and documentation of operational testing of completed units.
